Believing there's no better time to start giving back, Telcowinners embarked on a project to implement the Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) for The Lost Food Project (TLFP) - digitising and smoothening their donation, accounts, and volunteer management.
TLFP is a Malaysian not-for-profit dedicated to a sustainable future by rescuing "lost" food and finding it a new home with the people who need it most - preventing quality, nutritious surplus from going to landfill and redistributing it to those in need, regardless of religion, gender, age, disability, or ethnicity.
On rotation, six Telcowinners formed a volunteer committee to help TLFP implement Salesforce NPSP across three phases, pledging four hours each per week - while the organisation waived 100% of the implementation fees. The goal: help TLFP's donor, accounts, and volunteer management run more productively, freeing up more hands for the on-the-ground work of getting food to people who need it.
