Pledge 1% is a global movement of companies committing to give back before they're big.

Co-founded by Salesforce and a coalition of partners, it asks companies to commit 1% of equity, product, profit, and/or employee time to philanthropic causes - building giving into a company's DNA from day one.

As a Salesforce partner, joining Pledge 1% was a natural extension of how we already work - putting people ahead of pure commercial outcomes.

Telcowin's pledge is our people's time. Every Telcowinner is encouraged to volunteer their skills and hours to causes in the communities where we live and work across Malaysia and Indonesia.

This isn't a once-a-year gesture - it's a standing commitment, delivered project by project, the same way we deliver for our customers.

Why We Do This

Telcowin's CEO, Hafiz Izwan, signed off on our pledge, signalling to every Telcowinner and stakeholder that giving back matters to us. That signoff is what lets our people take part in this movement.

The Lost Food Project

A Malaysian food rescue organisation working to eliminate hunger, one community at a time. Telcowin helped digitise their donor, accounts, and volunteer management on Salesforce NPSP.

SPCA Selangor

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Telcowinners implemented Salesforce to track donations and donors, turning hours of manual paperwork into minutes.
