Customer success in the digital age
Telcowin brought together technology partners Salesforce, Whatfix and DocuSign for a session on delivering seamless customer experience while staying competitive - closing with a non-formal meet & greet with the WithU Yamaha RNF MotoGP team.
Telcowin hosted Customer Success in the Digital Age with technology partners Salesforce, Whatfix and DocuSign, for business leaders looking at how to deliver a seamless customer experience while remaining competitive.
The premise running through the programme was that customer success depends on two groups being equally well equipped: the teams operating the systems, and the customers engaging with the brand. Empower only one of them and the experience breaks somewhere the business cannot see.
Salesforce set the foundation - one connected record across sales, service and marketing, so a customer never has to repeat themselves or start again. Whatfix picked up the internal half of the problem: in-app guidance at the moment of use, so the teams behind the platform actually adopt what the business has invested in. DocuSign closed the loop on one of the slowest steps in most customer journeys, turning agreements into something signed, tracked and completed digitally rather than chased.
Taken together, the three make a fairly complete argument. A connected platform is the foundation, adoption decides whether it delivers, and removing friction at the point of commitment is where customers feel the difference.
The formal programme gave way to a non-formal meet & greet with riders and management from the WithU Yamaha RNF MotoGP Team, whose 2022 season Telcowin backed as an official partner. The riders and team principal took questions, and guests took the obligatory photos - a relaxed end to an afternoon that had otherwise been about platforms and adoption.
- Empower both sides of the experience. Customer-facing polish does not survive contact with a team that cannot use the system behind it.
- A connected record is the foundation, not the finish. One view of the customer is what makes every later step possible - it is not the outcome on its own.
- Adoption decides the return. The gap between what was bought and what gets used is where most of the value leaks out.
- Remove friction where customers commit. Digital agreements turn one of the slowest steps in a journey into one of the fastest.
